Argo, that Jazz is an excellent bass and don't fall for the upgrade stuff. Strings of choice and a good setup and you're set. And that's my favorite color and fretboard.... :) Watch some videos on setups and learn that if you're not doing it yet. I put American p/u's in a MIM Jazz I had and couldn't tell a bit of difference. Those are quality instruments as a rule. Good luck man, Leroy....
Thanks a lot. I only can change the string height if they are too low or too high. And sometimes pickups become close to the strings so I screw the pickups down. But I don't know how to adjust the truss rod and other things. Are they easy to do. And are they that important ? Thank you again.
