The tops and bottoms of the knobs are touching. If you can raise the top, or lower the bottom slightly that should correct it.
Check string/pickup height. I'm thinking some tweaking there is going to help.
Spacing is a bit wider on a 5-string jazz neck, than an Stingray SR5. 18mm vs 17.5mm, and a Stringray has a flatter neck profile.
