What is absolute is that choosing art rather than entertainment is really about preferring substance to artifice.

Aren't we supposed to be artiste ? Why many of us are so affraid of doing something outside of the stupid box bass player preach ?

I think of selling all my stuff and giving up on music, I struggled with this for the past 4 years but now I feel like I need to move on

I've been playing bass for 20 years now. After 4 years of learning I went to college to have a degree in music. There I learned to play classical DB and jazz on BG.

Since I learn on my own.

I did a few videos on youtube ( see my signature ). Now I play for fun, learn new favorite songs, play with a looper, play 4 parts harmony.

I really like weird music using polymeters and serialism.
