    Ron Bankley. He's a folk guitarist. He was my moms boyfriend and was part of getting me my first bass (A Yamaha). I remember him sitting my down for my first bass listen. He said "we're gonna make you a thumb bassist." My style is a result of that moment. I could not thank him enough.
