    Rock, reggae, alternative, grunge
    Gigs and Ensembles:
I have been playing on a rock quartet (later trio) trio for 25 years, from 1987 to 2012. Nice gigs, lot of fun and stories. I played in a reggae band with 10 members for 3 years, 2013 to 2016. This was absolutely great. Did the recordings with an AS P bass with flats. Wonderful. I like warm bass sounds, and that is why all my basses have rosewood fingerboards. I don't like playing maple. In January 2016 I needed to stop with loud music, because of severe tinnitus, hyperacusis, and dizziness after each rehearsal.
I was wearing custom made earplugs for the last 20 years. currently I am playing country songs with two acoustic guitar players.
    Previously Owned Gear:
3 pcs. Squier JV precision (only 1 of them was very good)
Fender P MIM (is OK, but MIA is WAY better)
Fender MIM Jazz bass Fretless (Nice)
Fender USA Jazz bass 2012 (was not a very good one)
Squier VM fretless , yes the one with the ebonol fretboard (by far the WORST bass I ever owned, wood for the fireplace)
    Career rickenbacker copy (is crap)
Epiphone EB-0 (funny, but also crap)
Hartke B20 (8" speaker did not provide bass)
Ampeg SVT450 (too muddy, I went back to Hartke.)

Sold most of my fantastic gear: Fender avri pbass, am std pbass, hartke amplifier and ampeg cab.
Only kept my main axe and ultimate bass: a Fender am std pbass 2011.
