Looking to get more bass gear soon. Rickenbacker second hand is on the cards, oh so tempted. :∆

  • About

    Dublin, Ireland
    Current Setup:
Left handed player and proud my slogan is "Lefties in!!!!"

Chris Larkin Syra Pro 5(Humbucker bridge, precision and jazz neck, has push pull for active/passive and a mid frequency selector switch)

Honey Violin Warwick Streamer Jazzman(nodded with Aguilar obp3 and Seymour Duncan 60's single coil and Seymour Duncan MM humbucker, probably the only bass I've loved the passive mode on an active bass, as in the passive modes usually don't cut it for me on active basses, no tone control)

Fender Mexican Jazz bass 4 string

SX 4 string(1st ever bass, will keep forever)

    Ashdown Abm 410 cab
    Ashdown abm evo II 900
    Favorite Genres:
Rock, Classic Rock, Classic Metal, Blues, Funk and some Jazz when im in the mood.
    Previously Owned Gear:
Not much to this list since lefty basses are too hard to find :P

Dean edge 5 string bass(It was a decent bass, but I realised that it wasn't good enough for me)

6 string pro series Warwick corvette Bubinga (seriously good bass, but it was just too big, heavy and the neck was far too wide)

Ashdown mag 300 combo 115 amp. Got stolen
though. :( Was a nice amp too.

Zoom b2.1u effects pedal.(Preferred individual effects)

Ashdown abm 810 cab. Was just to big for me.
    G.A.S. List:
I've been very fortunate in the last year and have acquired all the bass gear I've ever dreamed of(Though I suppose I'd still lust after a Rickenbacker and hollow body at some point, haha).
    Influences and Teachers:
Stu Hamm, Cliff Burton, Joe Satriani, Steve Harris, Victor Wooten, Geddy Lee. I have learned something from all of these guys and many many more. Too many to mention them all.
    Hobbies and Interests:
Music in general, Computer games, going out for a few drinks. You know the usual.
I'm a musician of ten years and I love video games, electronics, movies and poker. That's it really :)

I will build my own left handed guitar and bass shop, with blackjack, and Hookers, you know what? Forget the shop!!
