    Influences and Teachers:
    On upright Paul Chambers, Charlie Haden, Edgar Meyer and the Bill Evans bassists - Scott LaFaro, Eddie Gomez, Gary Peacock, Chuck Israels and Marc Johnson.

    Upright teacher was primarily Richard Niezen, music director at the Aurora Symphony.

    Electric bass influences include Jamerson, Alain Caron, John Paul Jones, John Patitucci, Graham Maby and Bruce Thomas.
    Hobbies and Interests:
    Living the good life - flying single engine airplanes, skateboarding, enjoying some Rocker Whiskey, fun with the family, food (plenty of smoked & BBQ meats!), friends and music - all that and making a bit of cash too...
