Born again “Lowender” here, what’s that mean?? I am 36 years old and played bass on a cheap squire p bass in a local punk band and local hardcore band from 23-27 years old then got broke sold my gear and moved on ...got back into it at 32 ,but figured I give the old guitar a whirl since always had old Yamaha acoustic laying around . Got a cheap Ibanez and fender combo and away I went , upgraded 5 years later to a neck through Ibanez and a Marshall code 50 watt combo (at this point I was a pretty Davy rhythm guitarist) but, work did not allow for gigging ‍♂️ ..as is life. Realized rather fast in this 6 string adventure that I just didn’t feel right ...I miss the groove ,the feel and over all freestyle of bass ...so (per my profile pic) sold my guitar and amp ,traded up for a decent 90s Washburn Bantam and took some nownaquired extra cash and got my fender Jaguar I’ve always wanted (it’s a Mexico player edition but pretty sweet) and a more then decent Ampeg Ba-210 combo ....Jesse got his groove back ..look forward to discussing shared interests with you good people
