    When someone ask me 'What do you do' no matter what I am in the working world; I answer 'I am a Bass Player'

    Been playing Bass and Gigging since 1975. Retired playing in 2016 but now with urging from friend I am back at it.

    Started with first Band on Long Island, NY; mainly hybrid 'Glam Rock' [Bowie, Lou Reed, Mott the Hopple, T Rex] 'Hard rock' [Deep Purple, Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Alice Cooper, Hendrix] morphed into 'Variety/Pop' [Beatles, Frampton/Humble Pie, Doors, Stones, along with some Glam and hard rock]

    Went to Blues rock [Trower, Cream} with side project original Punk Band [opened for John Cale at CBGB's] In 1980 moved to Virginia.

    Started playing again in 1984 mostly Blues Bands [popular in area at the time] in 1988 joined Classic rock Band [ lots of Petty, Seger, Dylan, Springsteen, Eagles, etc.] till 2002;

    Then Original Rock Band 2002-2009;

    80'S New Wave[Blondie, Go Go's]/90's ALT[Muse, Killers] 2010-2016. 2018-2020 Southern/ Blues Rock till Covid

    I love music and can find Music to enjoy in all styles. I own LP's by Karen Carpenter/Carpenters, Bread and also Iggy and the Stooges, Sex Pistols, Sabbath, Elvis Costello, Marianne Faithfull and everything in-between; recently re-discovered Depeche Mode.
