    Current Setup:
1965 Ampeg Baby Bass, Gibson non reverse reissue, in Pel Blue...used to be a P-Bass slave, but threw off the chains of Fender bondage. Trolling for a 1965-68 Non Reverse T Bird
    Gigs and Ensembles:
a big folkie ensemble; a small semi acoustic thing, would still play 1960s rock if I found the right group.
    Previously Owned Gear:
1950s thru 70s P Bass and Gibson EB-1, cool Gretsch basses, Ampeg Portaflex amps, Fender Bassman amps.
    G.A.S. List:
L the almost extinct mid 60s non reverse Gibson Thunderbird bass,
    Influences and Teachers:
It is probably uncool in certain circles to cite McCartney, but he got me started. He was great in 1962 and he still is. Also other Brits -- J Mc Vie. J Bruce (actually Scotsman), over here, people who often did not always hold down the root note, like J Jamerson and B. Wilson
    Hobbies and Interests:
    cool old cars, science news
