I'm a Tampa, resident, native of Lakeland, Florida, and a history graduate of UF (b.a.) in Gainesville and English/creative writing grad of USF (m.a.) in Tampa. In addition to gigging 2 to 4 times a week, I have a day job as a writer/editor for a professional services firm, spend time with my wife and two children, contribute reviews and features to jazz/music magazines, enjoy movies, books, photography and (when possible) travel, and go to the gym.
