    Birthday:
    Jun 19, 1968 (Age: 50)
    Location:
    Etlanna 'burbs
    Current Setup:
Kawai FIIB (main bass!), Aria Pro II Cat Bass (hot-rodded a little), Fender Performer, SWR Workingman's 15
    Favorite Genres:
    All kindsa stuff!
    Gigs and Ensembles:
Conspiracy A-Go-Go (1993-96), The Crying Jags (1996), UUCG House Band (2010-present)
    Previously Owned Gear:
Warwick Streamer Stage II, Rickenbacker 4003, Charvel Eliminator, Ovation Magnum II, Univox Mosrite-copy bass, Hagstrom hollow-body bass, some really cheep Japanese violin-body bass, Houbencaster acoustic bass guitar prototype, Sunn Sorado, Carvin PB518 stack, 1970s Kustom combo w/metallic-blue tuck'n'roll
    G.A.S. List:
Changes frequently, but there's not much that I want these days beyond what I've got.
    Influences and Teachers:
My sloppy, poorly-controlled right-hand technique was deeply influenced by John Entwistle (who was neither poorly-controlled nor sloppy!). Not much else I can legitimately claim as an influence, and I am totally self-taught.
    Hobbies and Interests:
Music, motorbikes, sex, outdoors, food, travel, and too many other things.
Starting trying on my own to figure-out how to play bass at age 20 while stationed overseas in the army in the 1980s, and I'm still trying to figure it out. I'm a sucker for oddball, underdog instruments, although I love high-end exotica too. Played in some college-town bands in the 1990s, currently mucking about with the house-band at a small suburban Unitarian Universalist church, and thinking about trying to find some folks to play with more often. Miss playing in bars, hope to give that another whirl someday despite having to have a day-job.

When I'm not playing bass I'm riding my BMW motorcycle! :D
