    Influences and Teachers:
I started off playing classical music on upright, so I guess Handel, Mozart and Beethoven all get props. I didn't start playing electric bass until much later, and my style isn't really modeled after anyone (self-taught), but players whose playing has certainly influenced me include: John Paul Jones, Duck Dunn, Steve Harris, Cliff Burton, Paul McCartney, Sting, Christian McBride, Charlie Haden, Chris Squire, Phil Lesh, John Entwhistle, Willie Dixon, and lots more whom I can't think of right now...
    Hobbies and Interests:
Taekwando (black belt), boating, skiing, hiking, camping, scuba diving, beer-brewing, home audio, reading and mostly my wife and kids!
