Wow, the dual P configuration really blew me away. I've reached for this bass over my Laklands lately, which is saying something(fanboy). The DiMarzio DP 127 pups are aggressive without sacrificing musicality. Tones range from creamy P-bassy goodness to Chris Squire screaming midrange to punchy modern slap tones. I can't stress enough the versatility of this thing!

Pros - Great Tone, Excellent Hardware, and most importantly, working with the builder ( Jeff ) was an absolute pleasure!
Cons - Wish I had more $$$ to buy more of these great basses.
What can I say...This thing is a monster. After owning a Jazz, I wanted a P (nothing against a Jazz, but I am not a fan of a lot of treble in my tone) that really delivered the THUMP. The Buscanti Vibe, with its dual Tesla pickups does this and more. I can dial in about any tone I want with this, and its nice and thick sounding. Exactly what I wanted. If I want to play it like a straight P, I play off the neck, I if I want to thicken it up even more and give it a little different "spice" I dial in a little bridge. Each pickup has its own tone knob and volume ( love that they are stacked knobs...so easy!)

Talkbass Member JazzyItalian and his brother make basses that are built with great care and with the customer in mind. I cant tell you how many questions I asked and how great they were about answering them for me. You owe it to yourselves to check out Buscanti Basses, A+ in my book!

Gotta run....Need to get this bass back into my hands and keep the thump going!

Ps- Put some Labella 0760m Flats ( Jamersons) on this. Match made in heaven. FUNKY!
