    Hi All,
I've bought several sets of these strings. They are a very flexible, low tension set in the 45-105 gauge. Very bright initially but not obnoxiously so as the brand would suggest. Ive used the Super Brights on my USA Fender 62 Jazz and my USA G&L L2000 with good results for both. I used a set of stainless steel on my USA Peavey Cirrus and liked those as well. Same low tension with a reduction of mids and slight boost in highs.
These strings have a great feel. Quite smooth. But its the mids that get you. They have a very crunchy almost Rotosoundish tone to them?
The only thing I didn't like was how they sounded worn in. This didn't happen any faster than any other roundwound string that I can remember but I just thought they sounded kind of dull after a while. They still felt great and still retained most of the mid crunch but I missed the high end. Still a good purchase for around $14. There's not a lot to complain about, ya know?
Soundclip time. Please excuse the playing!

Yup. I love 'em too. I was a diehard Sunbeams fan but they just didn't do it for me on my Dingwall Super J. Starting looking around and found these in part from reviews here on TB. They're great and cheap as bass strings go.
