Very simple to use: choose your OD beetwen 3 different ones, use the drive for desired amount of saturation then correct the outpout volume.
This pedal has no blend because it seperates high and low frequencies not to affect the lows. Only the flat mod affects all frequencies and loses the lower end.
- Tubesim: It cuts a bit of high end and can goes to a good distortion.
- Standard (STD): Less agressive than the 2 other ones.
- Flat: It saturates everything and gives a fuzzy sound.
You really have 3 differents drives that provides you an OD, a distortion and nearly a fuzz. You lose just a bit of low end but not much.
A switch on the side changes the input gain to fits passive or active pickups. You can also set it on active with a passive bass to smooth the saturation or set it to passive with an active to make it roar.
It's a "clean" drive which keeps the real sound of your instrument. I mean it doesn't give it a really dirty side by colouring it with a dark saturation.
