    • + Less then $900, sometimes as low as $720. Love the P bass pickup on this for the price! Well built. Jazz (thinner) neck, and solid robust bridge!
    Cons
    • - Jazz pickup is hit or miss. Make sure you play the one you are buying with the P pickup turned down/off. On one of the one I tried, I had to turn the volume knob all the way up, just to get a decent level sound from it. Might have been a fluke, but check yours out. The P is much louder then the J on the model I tried. With any bass, the pickups are the easiest to replace, upgrade, so no real big deal if you plan on keeping the bass.
Overall, a very very good bass for the money. A few tweaks and this would a bass I would recommend for any lover that amazing Fender feel and sound! For my taste, I did end having the frets polished down a bit as I like my neck to feel really smooth, no fret feel at all.

As you can see from the picture I posted, I have several basses and this fits in nicely in my collection, especially for the price!

    • + Great feel and finish, love the color! The neck is so thin and comfy for me. Wonderful sound with the T.I strings. Great bridge.
    Cons
    • - Can't think of any. Didn't come with a case.
To be clear, this is the Fender MIM FSR version P/J with the Jazz-style bound maple neck.

I bought this online- without playing, usually a big no-no, but I loved the color and the P/J. However, I have been nothing but pleased every time I pick it up, from the first time right out of the box. The feel and build quality are just top-notch. no sharp frets and everything fits perfectly. The action can be adjusted down as low as you want - the neck is just right.

The sound? I changed the strings to the amazing T.I. Jazz Flats - the sound is fabulous as well as the feel. These are the PERFECT strings for this bass, and well worth the price since you will never ever change them.

Yeah - I know everyone gives rave reviews to basses that THEY have bought, but this one really deserves it. The (noiseless) Jazz pickup provides a little extra edge if needed, but can give the P sound if required. My MIA P is not getting any play since I got this one.

Used primarily for Classic Rock and Blues.

    • + Beautiful look Silky smooth Playability Great sounds for attack driven tonality (funk, rock) Affordable Durable
    Cons
    • - Not as great for round/warm low-end tone
This is an amazing bass for the price!! This is my second bass after my entry level Schecter Stiletto Extreme - 4. This without a doubt made an immediate improvement to my tone, and rate of development (due to ease of playing). You can fly on the super thin jazz neck and it isn't overly heavy.

I'm no wiz kid when it comes to tech specs, but I do know that this is a very comfortable, affordable, and playable bass and would recommend it to anyone. Someone else can write a better review...
