Got mine a few days ago but only managed to to play with it tonight.

It sounds great and the tracking is better than any other pedal I've used, I find it a bit better than the tracking on Harmonic Synthesizer on Native Instruments Guitar Rig 4 (not tried the later versions yet).

When using the open the editor up you can see how comprehensive the synth is. 4 decent sounding oscillators and a versatile filter, what more do you need? I'm hoping it will make my Soundblox Pro Bass Envelope Filter redundant but I haven't tweaked long enough to find out yet. A friend of mine was a bit scared when she first saw the editor but if you know your way around around multi oscillator synths then you have nothing to worry about.

It's slightly smaller than I thought (fairly much the same as my EH Bass Micro Synth) and it's not heavy at all.

One thing I don't like is the Parameter pot, it sweeps without detents (doesn't click at the specific option). It's hard to tell which one you're on as it doesn't lock into place - I wonder if the wrong pot has been used on my pedal? It makes it pretty impossible to use quickly in a live situation. Having said that, I don't know why anyone would want to edit this thing live situation, still it would have been nice to click in to the right position.

I have to admit I was a bit worried by the videos on youtube. Most of them play through the presets which to me sound outdated, a bit thin and as if they belong in the original PC soundtrack of Doom. It was only when I saw the screenshot of the editor that I thought there must be something more to this pedal. I don't intend on using any of the presets, this pedal can do so much more. Stack 4 oscillators on top of each, detune them, use the classic filter and shove through the chorus and with a bit of tweaking you will have a Reese bass sound. We play a few Disclosure numbers and this pedal will have no problem knocking out any bass sound they make. It's not quite TB303 yet but that's work in progress at the mo :)

And there's more - it has a randomise button, oh yes. Such fun, don't bother randomising the filter but everything else is game. Be warned, you may lose hours of your life playing with this.

I've heard that there will be software updates so here are few I would like to see: Compressor, multi-band compressor, ring modulation, bit cruncher, faster LFO's, ADSR envelopes.

Overall I'm an extremely happy customer.
