    • + Great feel, strong, lasting, work well with the Steinberger system
    I've used these strings with my fretless Hohner B2V for nearly 25 years. I've only purchased 2 sets during that time, with the most recent set staying on the bass for nearly 20 years. GHS simply makes a great, stainless double-ball end string. They feel great, new or old.

    They sound and feel great on fretless. I don't play fretless mainly, but this string is everything I'd want for this bass. For fretless, these string seem to get better with age... just like an old set of flats.

    What I love about GHS is that they don't seem to change their old tried and true models -- if I were to go out and replace these today, they'd be the same string I purchased 20 years ago. Bravo.
