So let me start this review by stating my preference for playing lies in black metal and death metal and I personally love heavy sludgey bass tones so this review will be geared that way.

The outer heaven is a ic based fuzz and has a feedback loop controlled activated via chaos footswitch, this pedal also has power scaling features. Now this pedal does take some major fiddling to dial in your own personal sound. For me I enjoy sludgey sounding bass and the low end retention is here in this pedal on my proco rat 2 and boss odb2, I felt I lost low end as well with the blackarts toneworks quantum mystic all are great pedals but felt that low end retention wasn't there even when I cranked the bass up on my amp.

The quality is evident in the pedal lone wolf audio gives a lifetime guarantee to the buyer. I've had mine coming close to two years and haven't had any issues. Lone wolf audio is quick to help, the pedals may take a bit to come as it's a one man operation but the wait is worth it since acquiring this pedal I have sold my other pedals and have switched to this.
