    Hello fellow bassplayers and bassplayerettes,

    after I did a cover song with the brand new Charvel Pro-Mod San Dimas JJ V bass a few days ago, today I will give you a review of this most anticipated bass.

    I will go through all EQ Setting with different styles and show you, why you should be really excited for this bass...
    ...and why some might be disappointed...

      The passive tone control is a super easy mod and not really a big deal at all. Personally I would never use it. The real fatal flaw is 20 frets on a 35” scale 5 string.

      The 20 frets might be the Fender DNA. But you still have the benefits of the 35", like the increased string tension.
