    Feel
Tone is natural, not zingy, and unlike other brands these strings sound good from the beginning. They don't require breaking in to kill the "excess brights".

The tension and feel are perfect for low action setups.

From the G to B, every string is consistent. Some brands can vary on their string's tone, these are... consistent.

The price is actually a bit on the cheap side. I'd pay much more for these strings. They certainly don't last as much as Elixirs, but IMO the tone is much better from the start.

Whether you're playing slap, finger style, with a pick, hard for grind, soft for extra low action, these strings will compliment all playing styles.

Pros - excellent balance between the strings in regard to tone and overall feel; smooth surface; very high quality; great clarity without too much high-end racket; clear B!
    Cons - none
This is a great "middle of the road" string in terms of tone, compliance/stiffness, tension, etc., and it will suit a fairly wide range of preferences- simply season to taste. If you like ultra-bright sizzle or dub thud, look elsewhere.

The B string is very well balanced with the others in the set. I was pleasantly surprised because I had abandoned the use of tapered B's many years ago after frustration with another brand. I also normally go lighter with B's, but the .130 has excellent pitch clarity and setting the intonation is much easier than I expected.

After using DR Sunbeams and Dunlop Super Bright nickel, these strings have a slightly stiffer feel and required a minor truss rod adjustment to get the relief set in the same ballpark. I also noticed that I could set the string height a little lower than the previous sets- definitely tighter excursion and longer sustain.

It is evident that a lot of care went into manufacturing this string and I will likely keep using them on my parts P5 bass, perhaps going for the lighter set.
