    • + Light even pickups made of wood great tone beautiful look vary unique
    Cons
    • - Took a bit for me to get used to, but I have have been playing way too many cheap basses Lately. So more of a pro for most.
I lucked out and tried out for a band where the sales guy Jason Beard was the old bass player. Needless to say, guy had a true treat for me and allowed me to play this bad boy during the tryout. I've picked up and played every type of bass at the music stores I think and this one is 100% one of the best I came across. The all wood design just amazed me, even the pick ups are custom and made of wood. From my understanding these babies are only made here in Houston. I am one that has to have my active pickups and after this bass, I think I'd never need it. These are out of my price range, but soon as I can afford one I'm all over getting a simonetti myself.
