This Swing Jazz Bass came to me in a trade and I didnt know nothing about this South Korean Brand so I intended to write this simple review in order to give some information on this

+ Nice and smooth neck with / easy playing with no effort
+ Impressive aesthetics with a beautifull spalted maple top, neck American alder body, gloss Canadian hard maple Neck / fretboard
+ careful construction and finish / south korean quality (SE type)

+- JB pickups standard from brand and 2 Band Active Preamp, good sound with full open knobs with electronic active enable (it is possible that the pickups will have to be replaced later)

    - Classic bridge (I need more tone) *upgraded with a Schaller 3D BK
    - Tuning machines are trash * upgraded with Schaller Tuners BK
    - Battery cover with weak cover and made of cheap plastic

Overall this is a excelent platform for mods (way better than a Squier) and in the finish this can be a medium / high end bass with final price around 300dls of investiment in harware and electronics (base price of this instrument is around 400dls new)

First I will change the bridge and the tuners and wait to see results in tone (this step is allready completed with very good results) and if needed lather maybe I buy a Lindy Fralin Jazz Bass Set

    Greetings from Portugal
