Wilkinson Mwpb Vintage Voice P-bass Pickup

More cutting than more expensive Alnico pickups. Can be harsh, too biting. Playing with Fender flats, 250K pots, 0.047 uF cap. After adding a 0.0047 uF loading capacitor across the pickup, the sound is more mellow. I often prefer the sound to my Fender Alnico5 pickup, as it cuts bit more and sounds more 'forward'.

Good option if you need a cheap, cheap pickup.
