Discussion in 'Hardware, Setup & Repair [BG]' started by Metal_Cub, Mar 9, 2006.

  1. The 10th fret of my bass seems to have a dead spot or something.... it has a lot of buzz in the E, A, and D strings and it only goes away if I raise the action a lot.... I need some help on this please :crying:

You might need to tweak the truss rod.

    It's probably fixable.

Go to a good repair person and have it checked out for the possibility that your tenth fret may be a hair higher and needs some leveling.
