I recently purchased a svt15e, and am now in the market for the second cab. With about a 200$ difference, is the 410 a better deal then adding a 210? How much will I be sacraficing if I decide to go with the 210?

    cheers

Go with a 2x10, the added bottom you'd get from a 4x10 is moot when you've got the 15 to handle the low end anyway. Make sure whatever 2x10 you get you can set up with the drivers vertically aligned for proper dispersion, another reason not to go with a 4x10, where comb filtering is unavoidable.

i thought the 4x10 will push more air and thus be louder!

Yes, if it's got exactly the same drivers and tuning as the 2x10 it will be exactly 6dB louder than the 2x10, but when you add the 1x15 into the equation everything changes.
