hi again. to go with my bx4500h head im looking at a 15' cab good enough for gigs. it should be paper coned, rated at 300w rms at least, 30kg or under and transportable, have a horn or tweeter, LOUD and good for metal, go good with a 5 string, and be £200 maximum.
    cheers, stan.

Pm'd. But is it 400w rms both cabs together and make a total of 4 ohms? My head gives out 450w, and might be a bit powerful. Knowing Behringer it's more like 400w though!

  10. if I were you I'd look for an SWR Son of Bertha (1X15) on the used market

  11. The rig is 8 ohms (1x15) & 16 ohms(2x10) giving a total of 5.3ohms, the 10s are wired to 16 ohms to make the 15 take the heavier load.

I live in Dronfield between Sheffield and Chesterfield, it's where Rick Allen (Def Leppard) comes from.
The shot is rather old but it's of some cabs that I built for Deff Leppard for their early tours.

Is this a Spinal Tap moment about to happen?
    A 15' Cab? (15 feet)
Well, that's what he wanted, Stan wrote it on this napkin!
No, we're not going to bloody do Bone Crusher with a bass cabinet that's capable of crushing the entire band!
