3/4 German bass from the 1790's. Carved back with gamba corners, all ebony fittings, 41 1/2 string
length, dark brown oil varnish, adjustable bridge and raised adjustable saddle. Has a nice warm, sweet and focused sound appropriate for jazz, solo
or chamber music, that can only come from a fine instrument of this age. Was fully restored over a three year period only in the winter months, is very solid, and remains in excellent condition. Includes a new ProTec bag and Kolstein Stroller. Was used to develope the prototype for the Underwood pickup and amplifies very well. $8500 and I'm in Nashville TN. Pics available.
