I'm selling my Juzek, and here are the particulars -

    upper bout - 20 1/4 "
    lower bout - 25 5/8 "
    rib depth at "C" bout - 7 3/4 "
    string length - 41 7/8 "

There are two labels inside the bass. The first reads
John Juzek - Violinmaker in Prague
    master art copy of:
    Czechoslovakia 1930

    And the second says
    Restored by Zachary S. Martin
    January 2004 Providence R.I.

The bass has been a workhorse, so it has cracks, but all the repairs are well done and holding tight. It also has a scroll-grafted neck with wood tuners. It's a great sounding bass, with that classic Juzek sound (i'm thinking Christian McBride), the only reason I'm selling it is because it sounds/feels better with higher tension strings as opposed to the guts I use. The bass comes with a Mooradian bag, and the price for everything is $9250. If you need more info or pictures, PM me or try michael.karn@yahoo.com.
