    Why dont you just get a Schecter Model T i am changing those SD to Bill Lawrence in mine,this should give them alittel more range and depth. For the bass it is an serious investment

    Well actually, Im seriously considering one of those new Pink Paisley Fenders.

    The Model T is a good idea too, but I love the finish on the Fender re-issues.

    I was just pointing out how cool it is to see such a cool piece of history on e-bay.

    I owned fender P bass # 2113 (1953). The pick ups were wound in string and the neck was like a baseball bat.I was told not to adjust the truss rod. It was cool,but it belonged in a museum.It sounded bad.i think it wound up as a vintage movie prop.
