Here's one you don't see on TB too often, a 1964 Ampeg B12N. Its basically a B15 head with a 12" cab. I'm the 2nd owner, the original owner bought it from a music store in Alexandria, MN way back in '64. A few things have been changed, the Jensen 12" was replaced with a JBL D120F, and the handle was replaced at some point, both were done by the former owner. I brought it to Savage Audio after I got it for a tune up, according to the invoice they retubed it, replaced the power supply caps, cleaned and re tensioned the tube sockets, repaired circuit board connections, cleaned and tightened all controls, jacks, transformers, and circuit boards. They also tested all functions of the amp. Its working and sounding great, it should be good to go for a long time. I can send a copy of the invoice if the buyer would like. I built the dolly, everything else is original, its even got the pole to tilt it back. I'm asking $1500, Paypal is preferred, but money order or certified check would be fine too, message me and we'll work it out.
No, they didn't do anything to the transformers. Yes, I'll ship it, but I'd like to keep it to the lower 48.
I just checked the invoice, it said they tightened the transformers when they went through it. I updated the op with a list of everything they did.
Tempting, I've always had a soft spot for those 20th anniversary Rays...but I'm downsizing my collection, so I've gotta pass. Thanks for the offer!
