Putting up my TRUE 1969 Ampeg SVT.

If you're reading this, you know what this is and how rare it is to find one.

This is THE Holy Grail of bass-sound!!!

Everything works as it should. It does have patina.

It has the original coveted 6146 tubes, so you know it's an early model.

Jim Walton (amp guru of Philly) checked it out and put a date of May of 1969.
He also gauged the amp to be 330watts.
    His service included:

    Cleaned controls and jack
    Replaced line cord
Re-mounted and adjusted line cord mountings
Replaced speaker jack with insulated washers
    Adjusted bias/balance

The cab is an Ampeg 810 (not the original cab from 1969).

Also include the bass hanger that goes between the head and cab and attaches to the handle on the back of the cab.

On-line (M.F) lists a Heritage SVT-300W tube bass head with an 8x10 cab listed for $3,699.98...

    $1,850- OBO
This is a great price for having a piece of music history that rarely becomes available.

May be willing to trade for a Rickenbacker 4003, Mapleglo, Blue or Black or a Les Paul Traditional.

    Local pick-up only!!!

    Thanks for looking...
