I've decided to sell a number of my high-quality, mid-level basses. Since my ownership of them, they have not been out of my studio. I am a semi-retired ( from business ) home hobbyist. I take care of my basses, and all have newer strings. I'm starting this classified as just a list, plus one photo of each bass. Anyone seriously interested in any of these can PM me for additional photos.

    1973 Yamaha SA-70 hollow-body super-rare gold color. $1,750. SOLD
2018 Gibson Thunderbird, black. $1,350. TRADED
    1978 Gibson Grabber G3, natural. $1,400. SOLD
    2015 Sandberg Calif.1 TM-2, sunburst. $1,600. TRADED
2000 Epiphone Les Paul Bass 5 with new Bartolinis, sunburst. $700. MOVED TO ITS OWN THREAD
1970's Greco VB-300 Beatle Bass, sunburst. $675. MOVED TO ITS OWN THREAD
1980's Aria Pro ll Thorsound TSB-400, natural. $600. MOVED TO ITS OWN THREAD
    1970's Ventura EB-O, Trans-Burgundy, $375.
    1994 Peavey Foundation 5, red. $300. SOLD

All prices are pretty firm, and DO NOT include shipping from Los Angeles to your location. Sales are my first priority, but I would be interested in trades for:

    Xotic XPJ-1T
    Wilcock Mullarkey
    Sandberg Hard Aged VM-4

For the time being I am avoiding listing my basses on REVERB, but I may in a week or two.

I see you are keeping the beautiful Bongo in the stable. Don't blame you. Nice collection. GLWTS.

It WAS beautiful. Sold it on Reverb 2 months ago. I also have a Big Al, and I prefer Big Al. The two are tonally similar, but ergonomically very different.

Yes, it has classic greatness. Very mixed emotions about selling it.

How about a guide for those of us that aren't experts in recognizing partial pics. Maybe a number related to the order of pics?

Would you consider a full analog pedal set plus case/pedalboard for the tbird?

I already have a huge pedal board I don't use very much because I'm now using a Kemper, which has fabulous built-in effects.
Anything else you want to offer up? :)
