1974 Fender Jazz Bass all original very good condition for a 45 year old bass. Neck is in great condition with no checking, body is in great condition with minimal wear. Pickups were rewound by Lindy Fralin. I do have the original case (to the best of my knowledge?) that has a lot wear on it after 45 years.

$3300 is a cash price. I might consider partial trade on 4 string basses only.

I have a '75 version of this exact bass. Your bass is in nicer condition than mine. These finishes scratch easily, so to see one in this condition is very rare. GLWTS!

It is a beautiful bass in beautiful condition. While it’s not critical with a classic like this, what is the weight?

8.5-9 lbs by my scale, it is by no means a boat anchor

It is or it it isn’t a boat anchor? 8-9 lbs. doesn’t class it as a boat anchor...

Your original statement was clear! It is NOT a boat anchor at the weight you listed!!

I would have to see pictures and there would have to be a cash difference. Jazz Basses from that Era go for more money.

I wouldn't mind having your, but I know Jazz basses just sell for more regardless of the year If the two basses are from the same year. That's really were I am at on this.

Looks like alder grain patter which is cool imo. Also why its not heavier.
