    This is a 1987 no serial number Spector NS2A, played a lot of shows so it does have some dings and rash. I purchased a Spector Forte5 and I now have to many basses. It comes with a USA case and is original with the EMG select passive pickups and 9V Korean Haz preamp.

    It was removed for the picture of the haz, it is included....here is a picture of the belt rash with the cover. NS2A belt rash.JPG

    This is an early 1987 no serial number NS2A, it was sold with an American case before they had a chance to get them from the supplier. It also doesn't have the neck volute which was added later! NS2A headstock.JPG

    Yup, not unusual, even normal, for this year bass. Not sure why they didn't?

    My first "Good" bass was exactly this one. Not this particular one. But same model, Same color. Man, I'd love to figure out how to buy this.

    I had the exact same bass I traded off last year. Early 87, non volute, no serial number and the same blue.

    The Necks on these are just fantastic. I would grab it in a heartbeat if I was in the market for one. Great Bass!
