1989 Fender Power Jazz Bass Special for sale. Made in Japan. Includes original hard case. I have owned this guitar since 1994, but haven't played it much at all since I purchased a Peavey Forum 5 about a year ago. The Peavey just fits my hands better than the Fender. It was originally antique white, but the finish was a little too beat up for me so I removed it and gave the body {} {} {} {} {} {} several coats of paste wax. That was done about 20 years ago. I would rate the condition as average. It still has the original BadAss II bridge. You will notice that the E string tuner looks strange. It's a Hipshot drop tuner, but it's for a Music Man bass. The previous owner installed it and I never changed it. I do not have the standard Fender tuner.
What scale length and what are the two switches? The switches don’t look original and they don’t match. Thanks
The scale is 34". The switches are original. The black one is pickup selector, the metal one in for the tone circuit.
