    Up for sale is an early 90's MIJ '62 Jazz Bass. There's a decent amount of wear on the body but the neck is flawless. Weight is 9.2 lbs--see this post here for a pic on my fish scale. All original minus the bridge (don't have the original one). Sounds great, plays great, I just play 5 strings these days. Price includes shipping CONUS through PayPal goods and services with a Fender gig bag. No trades, please, I need Christmas money :D.

    I don't have anything to weigh it with right now but I'm going to say around 9-9.5 pounds to be safe. It isn't nearly as heavy feeling as some of my other Jazz Basses that I know are 10lb+.

    I bought a scale off Amazon that took forever to get in because of black Friday shenanigans. The bass is 9.2 lbs. After testing the scale with some weightlifting plates, I'd say it's pretty darn accurate.
