A very beautiful Burner here. Very minor wear for a 21-year old bass. Upper register has minor fret buzz. Other than that, the bass is wonderful!

    - $999+shipping -

If you would like the frets leveled/crowned/polished - $1199 shipped

    Thanks for looking!

    Ahoy,

Unfortunately I am funding my continued motorcycle restoration... cash is definitely needed here.

    Thank you for your interest!

Totally understand, I will be in touch if the funds work out.
Out of curiosity what are you restoring?

1968 Moto Guzzi V700 - The bike is almost complete! The pictures are before and during the work. It will have a bottom-up, fully-rebuilt round barrel 950cc engine from a 1978 Guzzi Convert, a custom right-side shift 5-speed trans that was also fully rebuilt, a completely new wiring harness front to back, all new suspension, brakes, tires, swingarm bearings... holy crap, what else? Updated to alternator, wasted-spark ignition, heads were machined before rebuild... etc...

    :) :) :)

Very nice! Afraid I don't have any parts to help with that build!
Best of luck on the build!

Is this bass active or passive? Are the controls V/V T/T?

    Thanks.

Active / Passive (push/pull on volume control), with Master Vol / Pan / Bass / Treble, and I think that this is a +/- 12dB preamp for the bass and treble, if I recall correctly...

The shape on the back of the headstock/neck joint is pretty sweet looking. Nice bit of woodwork.

Volute, yes, that is the word I was searching for. It's well executed for sure.

What is the string spacing at the bridge on the Burner 4 strings?

Now THAT is an offer! I wish I could afford to ship everything... And now with the weather coming together up here in the North, this thing won't be disassembled for a very long time ;)

the only left original on mine is the frame and drive train, and thats not stock. It is a 2002 softail standard and i basically converted it over to a chopped softail deluxe. 2 inches over on the fork tubes, 4 extra degrees of rake a 21x120 front tire, custom made 3/8" spoke wheels . The paint is House of Kolor midnight blue pearl shot over a black base coat

1990's Burner's have wood from Ken's selection, are carved and assembled in Japan, and final setups and inspections in Ken's shop.
