For Sale - a 1996 Heritage H150P guitar, loaded with Seymour Duncan Custom Shop Aged Pearly Gates Humbuckers. This guitar is an awesome player with a medium neck and terrific action. At 20 years old, it's perfectly broken in and the nitrocellulose lacquer finish is nicely set into the body. Includes the original Heritage case, a set of Dunlop straplocks, and the box & literature from the pickups. These aren't ordinary off the shelf pickups - they are truly hand made at SD, and are an exact replica of the '59 pickups in Billy Gibbons famous 'Pearly Gates' Les Paul. These pickups alone cost $350! This Heritage guitar is very special and rare, as the H150P was only made a short time and features a light poplar body - a back-saver for anyone who loves a Paul, but hates the weight. Together the guitar and pickups work amazing together as a balanced slab of juicy Texas boogie tone full of mids and a singing lead tone. This guitar was played live some, but spent most of it's time in clean rehearsal and recording environment. It is 20 years old, so it does have bumps and bruises, but nothing egregious or anything detrimental to playing performance. The case latches all work and function correctly. Heritage and Gibson prices have skyrocketed, so here's your chance to own a great sounding guitar at a lesser price. Send me a PM if interested - Thanks!
