1999 Squier...?

    Can anyone help me figure out if this is legit and if so, what line/series it is? Serial comes up at crafted in China, 1999

    Definitely not the stock pickup for sure. Certainly an Affinity but not sure of the year.

    Clear shots of front and back of headstock would help. Most definitely looks like an affinity precision, modified with a new pickup

    Agree with above posts, probably
    CY serial (Yako) made in Taiwan.
    Legit as far as what? Looks to be a Squier Affinity P bass with a pick-up mod...How does it sound?

    Seller states its all stock, original. Definitely doesn't seem that way though! Serial number is indeed CY and year comes up as 1999

    Looks like a stock Affinity besides the pick-up and pick guard it is 100% a modification he or she just may not know but the pick-up, the routing behind the pick-up and the guard have all been worked on it is in no way all stock
