    What do these mean, in bass speak?

    neither have anything to do with bass. They are just forum terms...

    Bump, is used to bring a post to the top if people forget about it

    GAS stands for G.ear A.quisition S.yndrome and is essentially just wanting gear.

    Bump - moves post up to the top of the list.

    GAS - Gear Acquisition Syndrome - the overwhelming urge to buy more stuff.
