I'd like to be able to plug my electric and my acoustic into different channels, so I can set the EQ and gain and not have to be swapping jack leads during gigs. I have heard of guys using high end PA gear for bass amping with great results. Anyone have any suggestions? or any bass amps on the market with more than one input

I solved the same problem with a Boss EQ-20 Advanced EQ pedal. If lets you save and recall 9 different EQ settings. You'd only need 2 of those, one for each bass. It doesn't have to be the Boss - Any digital EQ will do.

The Acoustic Image Focus and Epifani502 both have dual channels with full tone controls. The Walter Woods amps do also, but are very expensive.
