I just had it set up and it plays amazing! It is equally as beautiful. I am looking for a G&L L2000, fretted and fretless. 20220615_074744.jpg

I had one of these years ago. I sold it and have regretted that decision ever since! Beautiful bass here.

Hmmm... And with the P/A switch too. Loved these basses. I've long since left the maple fingerboards behind but this presents a strong argument.

  5. I'm not all that motivated to see it go, actually. Thank you, it is WAY more beautiful in person. It is a top 10. Apparently, that means it was rated as one of the top 10 basses of that year.

A Top 10 refers to PRS's grade of the top wood laminate only, be it a guitar or bass. Nice looking bass!

I loved the one I tried when they were new, as well as the '80s PRS basses.
Looking through a 2002 Bass Player mag today, I saw an ad for this model!

    GLWTS!

  9. That's where I fell in love with this model, paging through Bass Player Magazine!

I love PRS basses, and this is one of the most interesting and beautiful ones I’ve seen.

  13. Well, not JUST. I suffer from the same g.a.s. disease we all have. So, I would be open to any.
