Pairing down my guitars to pay for some house repairs. I am also just not playing 5-strings right now, so I am putting what was my dream bass when I was younger. This is a high quality, German made instrument for a great price. A player bass, it has a few nicks and scratches, most notably on the back. I attempted to photograph them as well as possible, but in spite of the flaws it is still a beautiful bass. Highly versatile controls, allowing for Active and Passive play, plus the 3-way selector switch to change between Series, Parallel and Split Coil functions for the humbucker. The neck is fast and feel great to play on, and is nice a thin front to back. An overall fantastic instrument. The only trade I'll consider is for a German made FNA 4-string (FNA or Jazzman, no preference). Price includes a Hard Shell case and is $850 ship to the CONUS. Year: 2005 Make: Warwick Model: FNA Jazzman Body: Ash with a flamed Maple top Neck: Ovenkol with a Wenge fingerboard Neck Pickup: Jazz Bridge Pickup: Humbucker Controls: Master Volume, Pickup Blend, Pull knob for Passive Mode Active controls: Bass, Treble and Mids boost/cut 3-Way Toggle: Parallel wiring, Single coil mode, Series Wiring HSC included: Yes
Sorry for the late reply, I didn't have the thread on watch. So I'm pretty sure it just the FNA Jazzman while the Corvette signifies two Jazz pickups. If you check the Warwick website, the Corvette and the FNA are considered different platforms.
It is a Corvette FNA Jazzman. Corvette is the shape on this one, and as far as the FNA designation, regardless of shape, that one only has one pickup. Yours is a Corvette FNA Jazzman, because there is the MM-style pickup and a jazz pickup.
How is the set-up? It has the "custom" Roadrunner case? I had a 4 with a 3 piece neck..is this just one piece, little hard to see
