Hey all.... I know that there are at least a few of us who applied to colleges this year. So... where did you get accepted/rejected/waitlisted?

    Me:
    So far....
    Harvey Mudd [ED] - rejected
    Case Western - Waitlisted
    Occidental - Accepted

    Waiting on....
Carnegie Mellon, Middlebury, Reed and Wake Forest.
    I want to study physics.

  2. University of Missouri Columbia - Accepted

I'm a college freshman, but I applied to and was accepted to UMDNJ's School of Public Health (masters program). It took a fair degree of finagling, but I'll be taking masters and college courses concurrently starting either this summer or fall. Hopefully I can finish both degrees in time for medical school (I'm trying to do my BS/MPH in three years total, and then do my dissertation while in medical school).

I'm going to apply for a graduate cert or a Masters program, haven't yet decided, though.

  5. NC State College of Engineering - Accepted
    UNCW - Accepted

Probly going to be going to UNCW because its in my hometown, and theyll be doing much more in the way of helping me pay for college than NC State will, not to mention, its cheaper to begin with. I may transfer after a year or two to NC State, depending on how much I like UNCW.

I'm probably going to apply for MGIS and the GIS graduate certification, and the Master of Project Management and its grad. cert. program as well. Both will be at PSU.

Edit: If I get accepted to any of them, I will make my decision between them later.

Yeah, they suck a lot when you've got to start paying them off.

Trust me and bust your ass off to take as few as possible. It'll make getting a job that much sweeter.

I'm thinking there's a very small niche for beardless Santas. Hope you're going to school in Las Vegas. ;)
