SOLD 2006 USA Fender HW1 Jazz Bass Wine transparent

For Sale 2006 USA Fender HW1 Jazz Bass Wine transparent lightly used 1 year old. I just recently purchased a 1995 Fender Japan 75 RI Jazz and I have to make funds by selling this.

Neck is super straight with only a hint of relief, pickups and Bad Ass bridge are adjusted optimally, no dead spots, very minor player wear. I play a MIA standard as well as this and alternate between the two.

There are only a couple of scuffs and minor dings, none that go through to the wood and none that jump out at you. The bass was shipped to me like that. There is a wear mark starting to form on the body where I anchor my thumb on the bridge pickup. This is only noticeable if you look at it with a certain light reflection. They won’t even photograph so I cannot show them. These are very minor and you have to look hard to find them, I take great care of my instruments and this one is no exception.

I thought I would put it up here and if no one bites of to the bay it goes. I really have to move this bass. I am asking $600 O.B.O. shipped with hard case or the original Fender soft case, (your choice) that came with it. The hard shell case is the tweed MF red plush interior one and it is in excellent condition. Bass comes with manual and case candy as well as a Corona California neck plate. I have the original pick guard with the film and sticker still on it and will ship it with it installed. The pics below show the bass with my MIA pick guard installed. Almost like buying it new.

The bass was recently setup with brand new Ernie Ball strings (unplayed) with a med to low action. This bass is really great and I know anyone who gets it will be more than happy with it. I will regret selling it and the only reason is that I have a wife and 3 boys, and the wife would notice another bass sitting around.

Thanks! I am going to keep it up on here until I recieve my 75 reissue. After that if I get no takers it is off to eBay unfortunately. This is a players bass and sounds so nice. I wish I could keep it. Damn economy. PM me and I will acknowledge any cash offers.

With a bathroom scale it weighs about 9lbs and some change.
