Just got this on trade and it's a KILLER bass, but Stingray tone really isn't my thing so I'm testing the waters to see what else is out there.

Nice, 2013 Musicman Stingray Classic. Beautiful trans-white (aka Mary-Kaye) finish. Stunning roasted birdseye maple neck. Neck is super straight, frets totally level and very low action. Likely the best playing Stingray I've ever put my hands on.

Update: The person I bought the bass from told me it was a roasted neck. Looking at it. I'm not 100% convinced. Although I've seen some that are listed as roasted with similar coloring and shading while others look a good bit darker. I think it may be roasted, but I can't be 100% sure.

Stock electronics are gone (and I was not given them with the bass). Aguilar Stringray pickup and OBP, 2-band preamp. Very nice tone for a Stingray.

Comes with an Musicman HSC. Note, she's wearing Dunlop dual-purpose strap locks, but one of the screw-heads (at the base of the body) is stripped and if or when you want to replace them at some point, you will have to drill off the top of the head to get the Dunlop strap button off. It works perfectly, but just something to keep in mind. Prob a 10 min job to do if or when you want to (no need to do it now).

She's in wonderful shape, but the control plate as a scratch or two likely from when the preamp was installed. New plates are dirt-cheap should you choose to replace it.

Note, case pictured isn't mine. I can take actual pics of it later but it's in good shape.

Looking for other 4 string basses in the $1300 -$1500 trade value range. What-ya-got? ;-)

Pictures with a black (3-ply) guard. I also will include a new tort guard as the factory guard has some surface scratching from the previous owner playing with a pic.

My bad. I mistook your bass as an Elite. Sorry. I have no interest in a Pro.

I'd prob consider a Fender Jazz Elite if somebody has one. You can also throw other things at me too!

Would you consider a trade for a 4003s Mapleglo? 2015

Not a roasted neck, but looks tinted. If you're up for trading for a nice Mike Lull jazz, hit me up.
