With the addition of my AB1, I'm putting my ABZ 3X up for sale. This is a passive bass with Dingwall's awesome 4 way rotary switch as well is individual series/parallel toggles for each individual pickups. I had the P tone pickup installed in the neck position as well.

This bass can achieve a myriad of tones. Everything from a great sounding P bass to scooped slap tone to a MONSTER humbucker to the Dingwall vibe and everything in between. It's really amazing how you can get this bass to sound pretty much any way you want to with all the control you have at your fingertips.

The body is swamp ash and the neck is a wenge board on a wenge neck as well. It's very light at 8 lbs. 6 oz. I'd give this one a near mint rating but some of the lettering is starting to come off in the middle pickup...but no dings or dents.

I bought the bass direct from Dingwall in April (or so) of 2015. I'm asking $2500 shipped (PayPal) to the lower 48 and that will include the Dingwall gig bag. No trades. Bass will be packed for a nuclear holocaust. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thanks.
