I would of rated it mint except for the mod I did on the back of the neck.This bass is nice and thumpy like it should be, no blemishes other than what was done at the factory, good looking 2 tone burst and gold guard give it that classic look, comes with its original gig bag and some not all of the literature packet...690.00 SHIPPED CONUS ONLY, THESE ARE 1025.00 NEW, THIS ONE IS A YEAR OLD...

    Great bass and a great price! I have one just like it and it's as close to the real deal as I've found. I honestly don't think that I've owned a Fender with better build quality (or sound and play-ability).
    I actually need another one (to install a different set of strings on). If it was red it would be sold.

    I know this is bass world but we are all musicians, so would you be open to trade plus cash for a Candy Apple Red MIM Strat with upgraded Callaham bridge, trem block and tuners in exceptional condition?

    I have a Squier Standard tele that just hangs on the wall, I got excited when I read candy red but it's a guitar, I appreciate the offer tho..

    Totally surprised that this bass is still available. I purchased one just to have a P=Bass with a set of La Bella Deep Talking Flats installed. One of the best decisions that I've made. These bass totally nail the old school tone! I've only played a couple others but they, just like mine, were made with top notch workmanship and tone to die for! Mine takes action all the way down to .06 at the 21st fret (with La Bella Flats and no fret buzz).

    Certainly don't want to clutter up your thread (so let me know if you want this deleted) but I thought it might be a good idea to let folks hear what these basses sound like with La Bella Deep Talking flats installed (I'm sure that your Chrome flats sound good too). Here's a quick and dirty track just to give you an idea ......

    Somebody buy this bass!!!
